Although every effort is made to ensure prices and information on this website, in our brochures and in the press are correct, we reserve the right to change prices, product specifications, or withdraw products at any time without notice. Bridleway Equestrian reserves copyright on all artwork. We will take action against anyone who reproduces our artwork or photography without permission.

Value Added Tax
All prices include VAT at 20% where applicable. Bridleway Equestrian and Bridleway retail partners reserve the right to alter prices in the event of a change in the level of VAT without prior notice.

Carriage
All orders placed on this website will incur a postage charge. Our standard UK postage charge is £6.99 inclusive of VAT. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to mainland UK. Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland and off shore isles may be slightly longer. If you are ordering from outside theUnited Kingdom additional charges may apply including but not limited to shipping costs and customs duties. Please contact us at enquiries@bridlewayequestrian.com to obtain details of all additional charges.

Shortages
The purchaser shall examine the goods on receipt and any shortages must be notified to enquiries@bridlewayequestrian.com within 14 days of receipt of the delivery. Returns Returns will not be accepted unless by prior arrangement with Bridleway. Any goods returned to Bridleway must be posted using a registered or traceable method and are the customer’s responsibility until they are received. If customers return goods after having held them for over one calendar month, they will only be accepted if the product is faulty or defective in some way.

Returned goods should be accompanied by the original receipt or other valid proof of purchase. No returns will be accepted without a receipt. In the case of horse blankets, should a return become necessary they should be returned in a clean condition. This is for Health and Safety reasons.

Goods ordered and subsequently returned will not be accepted unless by prior arrangement. Under such circumstances we reserve the right to deduct a handling charge from the value of goods. Size charts are provided for rugs. We ask that you pay particular attention to these charts as they are there for your benefit. Using these charts may eliminate the need for you to unnecessarily return goods.

Click & Collect
The Click & Collect service allows you to reserve products on line at your convenience and pay and collect in store. It is available from participating stores only.

Select ‘collect in store’ at the check out and chose your nearest store. An order confirmation with the contact details of the store you have selected will be emailed straight away.

You will receive notification from the store by phone or email shortly afterwards to advise when the goods will be ready for collection. Your order will be available for collection for 7 days from the date given – if you are unable to collect goods within this time frame please contact the store immediately.

Please bring along a copy of your order confirmation when collecting your goods and present it at the shop till. You will receive your order and payment will be taken.

Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Entry is only open to residents of the UK. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

2. The winners may be required to take part in publicity.

3. The winner’s name and county may be disclosed to the press, may be published on the website of the retail partner located closest to the winner, will be published on this website and may appear in Bridleway promotional materials.

4. The closing date and prize is as stated for that particular competition. The winner(s) will be selected at random after this date, and the winner(s) will be contacted by post, email or phone. Competition wins cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

5. Competition entry is via the website on the applicable competition page, or you can also send your answer, detailing which competition you wish to enter together with your name, address and email address by email to: marketing@bridlewayequestrian.com

6. One entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. Entries remain the responsibility of the retail partner until they have been received at Bridleway head quarters. Bridleway accepts no responsibility for late entries or those that are not sent in by a retail partner.

7. Entries received after the closing date will not be valid for entry to this competition, although your details could be used for future marketing unless you have indicated otherwise.

8. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Bridleway and accordingly Bridleway may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result.

9. Prizes are non transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.

10. Competition wins cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

11. No purchase necessary.

12. The decision of the Promotions Marketing Manger will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

14. Entrants are liable for their own costs to access telephone, mobile or computer networks, or for any postal correspondence.
