How much and when will it be dispatched?
£6.99 delivery, mainland UK addresses. Orders dispatched within 48 hrs of order (12pm cut off, week days)
UK delivery times?
Goods are sent within mainland England, Scotland, Wales on a parcel or courier service. We do not dispatch on the weekend or bank holidays. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 8am and 6pm, week days (not bank holidays).
Expect delivery within 7 days of order. All orders will require a customer signature upon delivery. If you have any problems with your delivery then contact us on 01568 613600 or please get in touch with us on our contact page. Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation.
Where else do we deliver?
The countries we deliver to are included on the list below. For countries outside of these areas, you will need to contact us for a postage quote and to advise us of your preferred delivery company. For ex-Mainland UK orders, please refer to the cost chart below. Delivery times are usually 3 days from dispatch.

Only goods purchased on bridlewayequestrian.com can be returned using the procedure outlined below. Goods purchased from bridlewayequestrian.com cannot be returned to a store stocking Bridleway Equestrian’s products, and goods purchased via a store cannot be returned directly to Bridleway Equestrian. All goods must be accompanied with a valid proof of purchase.
How can I return items?
To avoid disappointment please refer to the size charts for the individual products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason (if the size is wrong or you just don't like the colour), we will be happy to exchange or refund your order within 14 days of delivery - just return your order to us in the same condition as they were supplied to you together with the packaging.

3. It is recommended you send the parcel via a registered or traceable method. Items are the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Bridleway Equestrian.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size/colour, please return the item to us for a refund and re-order online at bridlewayequestrian.com
If products are received damaged, claims must be made within 14 days. Products are returnable after this time only if the product is faulty or defective in some way. Any goods returned where Bridleway Equestrian have not arranged collection must be posted using a recorded method. Please contact us as soon as possible on 0845 2419970 or use our contact page here
Please note that goods will not be deemed faulty if the fault is not a result of manufacture, but has instead been caused by wear and tear or misuse. For the purposes of this procedure, we would expect goods to remain in good condition for six months during normal wear, however we are happy to accept them back for an assessment after this period by prior arrangement. Save for in respect of defective products, we cannot accept returns of products which have been personalised at your request, products which have had the original packaging and labels removed, undergarments or products which have been used. For health & safety reasons, goods must be returned in a clean condition.
